We are a Vancouver Island based Kennel of Golden Retrievers, whose focus is to raise, breed and promote quality Golden Retrievers of sound temperament and conformation. We hope you enjoy following our Golden Starlets and their journey.

All of our Golden's are a part of our family. We take their care and well-being very seriously. From nutrition to grooming to activity and sport, we aim to provide our Golden's with opportunity to excel in every way. We are involved in Conformation, Obedience, Field Work/Retrieving, Agility, Barn Hunt and Scent work at this time. HollyWood North Kennel is a member of the Canadian Kennel Club and the Golden Retriever Club of British Columbia.
A Furever Friend
The Golden Retriever is a large-sized gun dog that was originally bred to retrieve shot waterfowl, such as ducks and upland game birds. Because of their renowned temperament, which includes intelligence, kindness, reliability, trustworthiness, confidence and friendliness, they are now one of the most popular breeds for families today. The average weight for Females - 25-32 kg; Males - 30-34 kg
Colours range from cream to dark golden.
